Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your SAYE sneakers; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and include all tags to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original box and ensure the sneakers are protected. Reuse the shipping bag or use a new one to minimize waste.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at the nearest authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
